Hand internally thread as small as 1-inch diameter without the exorbitant prices of special bars and inserts or expensive special taps. Instead, use bar with inexpensive TPG or TPU 321, 322 or 323 positive inserts.Heat treated for maximum rigidity while maintaining soft center to absorb vibration. Large clamping area with good sized Allen socket head cap screw ensures no insert shift during machining. Indexable toï¾±.002 inch.
