| This industrial kit includes a hand marker unit, ground plate, adapter clip, 200 regular stencils, 100 chrome labels, 8 oz. general purpose electrolyte, 8 oz. stainless steel, brass, copper & bronze electrolyte, 8 oz. neutralizer, 4 oz. black oxide and aluminum electrolyte. Also includes one 2" x 4" large grid, one 2" x 2.5" medium grid, three regular grids, one 25 pack medium stencils, one 5 pack large felt pads, one 5 pack medium felt pads, one regular pad kit, two 16 oz. powder packs of neutralizer and a large, molded plastic carrying case. The Etch-O-Matic marking system permanently marks metal tools & equipment in seconds. Etch-O-Matic will etch into the surface of almost any metal (except anodized aluminum). Anything that can be typed, written, drawn or die-impressed on a special stencil such as names, numbers, trademarks or even your signature. It will mark round surfaces from 1/16" diameter on up and will mark any metal thickness from foil on up without production cracks or stress marks. It can even permanently mark the hardest tool steel or carbide almost instantly. |
