| Siphon type. Designed for light duty machining operations and use on non-production machines, the Li'l Mister® is Trico's lowest-cost complete system. It includes all the design features of the SprayMaster, but in a smaller one quart size, and offers an inexpensive introduction to the benefits of spray cooling. Nozzle is designed so atomization takes place at the nozzle tip an instant before delivery, eliminating sputtering and enhancing pattern control. Features an easy-to-read liquid level gauge which indicates coolant level at a glance. Available with plastic or brass armored coolant lines which are 5' long. Easy-to-mount bracket for permanent attachment to the machine tool. Air and coolant are indepentently controlled by solid brass precision needle valves. 6" straight brass nozzle is standard. Operates on 50 to 100 PSI inlet pressure. 1 qt. capacity, 1 line. |
