Filter:
- Removes moisture and contaminants
- Pop-up indicator gives advance warning that filter elements need cleaning
- Hand assembly; no tools required
Includes standard grade 40-micron filter elements and plastic bowl.
Lubricator:
- Full mist lubrication
- Mist type automation with 100 percent sight indication
- Fill with oil without shutting down air feeding production
- Use key or knob to control rate of oil delivery and lock proper lubrication level in place
- Once oil rate delivery is set, it is delivered proportionately at all other air flows
- Variable Venturi achieves control at low flow conditions
- Separate adjustment available for extremely high or low air flows
Lubricator includes plastic bowl.
Regulator:
- Maximum operation inlet pressure 125 PSI
- Assures highest flow rates with accurate control and fast response
- Built-in diaphragm prevents rupture in the event of surges
- Inside balanced valve activates pressure bleed mechanism at only a slight overpressure
