| When the greater length of a standard boring tool is more a hindrance than a help, Criterion offers this line of stubby boring Tools. Maximum rigidity is assured whether the tools are used in a boring head or in the cross-slide of a lathe. Features set-screw flats that commit the cutting edge to exact centerline. Minimum bore size is with tool turning around its own centerline, based upon using a 0-degree radius insert. When using a 1/64 or 1/32 radius insert, the minimum bore size will be slightly larger than listed below. |
