| When the greater length of a standard boring tool is more a hindrance than a help, Criterion offers this line of Stubby Boring Tools. Maximum rigidity is assured whether the tools are used in a boring head or in the cross-slide of a lathe. Features set-screw flats that commit the cutting edge to exact centerline. Min. bore size is with tool turning around its own center line, based upon using a 0° radius insert. When using a 1/64 or 1/32 radius insert, the min. bore size will be slightly larger than listed below. Made in USA. |
