| T-A® drilling systems … Allied Machine & Engineering Corp. has combined premium material, unique geometry and coatings to enable you to achieve the highest level of performance when using the T-A system.
The two-piece construction provides the means to quickly change worn tools and allows production to resume without any machine adjustment. Customer drill insert inventory is kept at a minimum by the ability to interchange a wide range of drill insert sizes, materials and coatings within a holder series.
The T-A drilling System will give excellent hole finish, consistently straight holes, and holes within .001 to .002 inch of the drill insert. The system also provides quality holes, a 150 to 400 percent increase in productivity, two to 30 times increase in tool life, quick drill insert tool change and the elimination of in-house regrinding.
