| The Wilton® industrial belt and disc finishing machine is a compact unit that will handle virtually all the finishing operations in a production line; or metal or wood pattern, machine, cabinet and school shops. Perform contour finishing, mitering, flat finishing, beveling and precision finishing.
The machine comes with a powerful TEFC motor, ideal for working in metal, wood, plastics, compositions, leather and more.
Both belt and disc finishers have ribbed tables that adjust to any angle. Standard on the machine itself are completely enclosed drums, guarded sanding belt and heavy-duty, one piece steel stand.
Belt finisher has adjustable and removable heavy-duty cast iron platen; removable upper guard for contour finishing; and variable-position locks. Belt head adjusts vertically, horizontally and in between. Dust deflector and spout are adjustable.
Abrasive disc finisher features deluxe miter gage and fully machined, balanced disc runs that vibration free. Disc is shaft mounted for power and accuracy. |
