How do I make a purchase?

We make it easy to place an order at Any place you see an "Add to Cart" button, click on it to place the item in your cart. Once you have all the items you wish to purchase in your cart, proceed to "checkout" from your shopping cart and follow our step by step checkout process to complete your purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, C.O.D.**, and approved open accounts.

** New customers ordering C.O.D. must supply a valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card number or pay for the C.O.D. via cashier's check, money order, or official bank check. All C.O.D. orders are charged $12.50 in addition to standard UPS shipping charges. We are unable to honor flat-rate shipping rates with C.O.D orders.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Our website is safe and secure for ordering online. However, if you would like to place your order by phone, call us at one of our six locations. Visit our Store Locations section for the toll free number to each of our six branches.

What states do you collect sales tax?

Sales tax is collected based on the "ship to" address of your order. We currently charge sales tax for the states we are located in. These states are Michigan, Florida, Oklahoma, Texas, Indiana, North Carolina, and Massachusetts.

How do I know if an item is out of stock?

Stock availability is display on the product pages as "In-Stock" or "Call for Availability". Stock availability is updated daily, however these levels can change before the next nightly update. If you happen to order a product that is out-of-stock, a customer service representative will contact shortly after your order is placed with fulfillment information.

Can I use my open account number to place an order online?

Yes, approved open account customers are able to use their account number to complete a purchase online. During the checkout process you will be prompted to select a payment type. Simply select "open account" and provide us with your account number to complete your order.

Am I getting the lowest Wholesale Tool published price?

How do I use the wish list feature?

In order to use the wish list feature on our site, you must create an online account with us. Once you have an account, simply sign in, navigate to a product, and locate the 'Save to Wish List' button underneath the 'Add to Cart' button. From here, you will be prompt to either save to an existing wish list or you can create a new wish list.

You may create as many wish lists as want which can be accessed and managed directly from the 'Wish List' link in the header or directly from your account.
