OUR ORDERING PROCESS IS SECURE
We use industry standard SSL technology to insure your transaction is safe. This can be seen from the lock symbol
displayed in the lower right-hand corner of your browser.
PROCESSING TIME:
We thoroughly review your order to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are
authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed by our rigorous review, we will promptly prepare your order for shipment.
Please note, credit card processing could take up to 3 business days (This all depends on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Also, for security reasons, we may contact you for voice confirmation before we can process your credit card for payment.
BACKORDERED ITEMS:
We do not have real time inventory on our online store. If any of the items you
purchase online is on backorder or out-of-stock, we'll
contact you immediately to inform you of the situation and we'll work with
you to remedy the backorder or item that is out-of-stock.
TRANSIT TIME:
Note: Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not available.
TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY:
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days (10 days being the worst possible
scenario.). Most orders that are placed before 2:00 PM EST are shipped
same day which leaves the rest of the transit time up to the carrier.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES:
Our customer-friendly shopping cart will calculate shipment if you choose
any of the UPS shipping services. Please refer to "Flat Rate
Shipping" for further details. Orders that contain a "Freight
Only" item will result in a follow-up call to properly quote a
shipping charge. "FedEx" or "USPS" shipping charges
are not calculated at checkout. If you choose "FedEx" or "USPS"
shipping services, we will pass all shipping charges on to you and will
properly add them to your order total. Shipping is not free. All out-bound packages are fully
insured as an additional precaution. Please note that we strive to provide
the cheapest shipping charges to our customers. We do not profit from
shipping in any way. If you should have any questions or concerns regarding

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Flat rate shipping is calculated based off of the PRODUCT TOTAL amount of
your order.
All orders shipped flat-rate are done so by UPS shipping services. The
flat-rate shipping charge covers the shipment of a standard product and
DOES NOT cover any additional UPS surcharges that may occur. All
additional UPS charges that are passed onto us from UPS are passed onto the customer. For more information on our flat rate shipping and all

section. Please Note: Flat-rate shipping is ONLY offered to orders placed
online and NOT to phone orders.
