Black Oxide and High Visibility Yellow C-Clamps (Wilton) The 400 Series black oxide and high viz yellow camps feature Wilton's exclusive Perma-Pad® design. All clamps are for regular duty use. They are drop forged and and have extra deep throats. Spindles and Perma-Pads on all models are black oxide coated to resist corrosion.
